Department of Product Development – Product QC Assistant

• Assist product manager and directors with Gift, Seasonal, Custom and Licensed developmental stages from conception to production
• Create spec sheets, monitor line lists, track all approved/dropped samples
• Coordinate shipment of incoming and outgoing samples to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with headquarters on samples, projects, and pending requests
• Perform quality inspection/control of all samples or new products. Create test/COC reports.
  
  

Required skills:

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator desired
• Bilingual English/Korean a plus
